As a circuit court judge, she was the deputy chief judge for the Third Judicial District and served six years as the presiding judge of Washington County.  Rick Graber U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic
Richard W. Graber was nominated by President Bush as U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and was sworn in by Secretary of State Rice in Washington, D.C. on September 14, 2006.
