Defense Authorization Act
__ The 2012 Nat'l Defense Authorization Act essentially
criminalizes people in the United States who disagree with the government by
labeling them a terrorist and giving the military authority to detain them
indefinitely without trial.
"Terr*rist" is in the eye of the be-Holder! The people who wrote this bill are the same types as those who classified the Fort Hood M*ssacre as "workplace violence" -- where a Musl*m-American yelling "All*hu Akhb*r" killed 13 people. <<“It’s one thing if you have non-U.S. citizens captured on the battlefield. It’s quite another when you have captured a U.S. citizen captured in the territory of the United States of America,” he [Senator Lee] told Glenn.>> This "Act" also includes wording that gives the military and President to use this act against "any person who has committed a belligerent act...indefinitely, without trial, until the end of the hostilities.">> When has a "good intention" by government not ended in overreach? |
